With extravagant decorations and a menu that is sure to cause a double take or two, Amber sets the tone for dining in Hong Kong – pricy, delicious and wow!

With four- star ratings coming out of their ears, Bo Innovation has been the leader of innovative cuisine in Hong Kong for quite some time now.

3. Café Deco Bar & Grill - 1st level, Peak Galleria, 118 Peak Rd., The Peak, Hong Kong - website

It is the sights and the elevation that draw the majority of people to this cozy café; the food tends to be inconsistent and average. A nice place for an appetizer before you go to a real restaurant for dinner.

If you must be seen out, than Felix is one of the best scenic restaurants in Hong Kong. Decent food but very overpriced, however the view almost makes it worth while.

History is something that often gets overlooked in Hong Kong, so it is nice to have one place that is from the olden times and still serves a great meal.
